The pre-approved amount includes costs for activities related to the drillings of <br /> four borings 35'- 60' bgs using Geoprobe technology and an installation of one 40-foot groundwater <br /> monitoring well. Such activities include project management, equipment, materials, drillings,report <br /> preparation,permit/permitting, well development/survey, and laboratory analyses (EPA 8015m/8020 <br /> and 8260). Upon completion of the work;you are required to submit the results to the County and the <br /> Fund for reviews. <br /> Be aware that this pre-approval does not constitute a decision on reimbursement: all reasonable and <br /> t necessary corrective action costs for work directed and approved by the County will be eligible for <br /> reimbursement per the terms 6f your Letter of Commitment at costs consistent with those pre-approved <br /> in this letter. 1 <br /> All future costs for corrective action must be approved in writing by Fund staff.
