The amount of waste latex and waste oil base paints were identified in cubic feet vs. gallons. <br /> 2. The amount of electrolyte in the lead acid batteries is identified in pounds vs. gallons. <br /> 3. The amount of waste corrosive acids, waste corrosive bases, and waste pesticides were identified in pounds vs. <br /> gallons. <br /> 4. The amount of waste toxic organic solid is identified in cubic feet vs. pounds. <br /> This information must be accurate and submitted as part of the business plan. Immediately log into the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and <br /> submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> The maps did not show/address north orientation (map#3), internal roads, emergency shutoff, hazardous material <br /> handling and storage areas of the latex paint in the non-hazardous storage lockers, a legend to identify the some of <br /> the codes and symbols used on the map, and some information on the map is obsolete (adjacent businesses and <br /> the EHD storage lockers). A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable <br /> for your facility then list it on the map and label as "NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 7 HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to establish and/or submit emergency response procedures for a release or threatened <br /> release. <br /> The emergency response procedures were lacking. Section C. the phone number for the Local Unified Program <br /> Agency is wrongly identified as 209-953-6200 vs. 209-468-3420.
