UST facility operating permit application <br />and UST tank information are current in CERS. <br />110. In the future, we will make sure that the <br />annual diesel leak detector testing is done on <br />time. <br />106 & 202. The monitoring and response plans <br />are current and submitted in CERS. <br />201. These records will be maintained on site <br />available for review. <br />206. We will have our designated operator train <br />us every 12 months. <br />
