Cherokee Lane Lodi, CA 95240 <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) performed a routine underground storage tank <br />inspection on 10-31-11 and reinspections on 2-14-12 and 3-21-12 at the above referenced site. An inspection report <br />was issued identifying information to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required <br />to be submitted by within 30 days of the inspection. <br />Failure to correct the violations will result in continuing/additional violations. <br />Note: All EHD staff time associated with failing to comply, including the issuance of this letter, is billed at the <br />current hourly rate ($125).
