An inspection report was issued identifying information to be <br />submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by 12-1-11. <br />The three gallon per hour at ten psi leak test for the diesel leak detector could not be verified during the 10-31-11 <br />annual monitoring system certification testing. An inspection to witness this test has been scheduled for 2-14-12. <br />Please be aware that the re -inspection will be charged at our current hourly rate. The 10-31-11 annual monitorir <br />system certification and testing of the diesel line leak detector is considered late. <br />Failure to correct the violations will result in continuing/additional violations. <br />Note: All EHD staff time associated with failing to comply, including the issuance of this letter, is billed at the <br />current hourly rate ($125).
