Per the current scope of work new parts will not be installed. If additional repairs <br />are needed an updated scope of work must be submitted to the Environmental <br />Health Department (EHD) for review and approval prior to commencing work. <br />2. All metal exposed to backfill must have corrosion protection. <br />3. Soil sampling may be necessary per Environmental Health assessment. <br />4. A certified technician must perform a line integrity test on the primary piping of <br />all exposed lines. This office must receive results within 7 days of project <br />completion. <br />5. If concrete is broken near the underground storage tank a tank integrity test must <br />be performed by a certified tank tester within 7 days of project completion. <br />6. A health and safety plan must be at the work site. <br />7. Contact EHD for the following inspections: <br />a. Initial piping exposure <br />b. 30 -minute pressure test on all repaired/replaced piping prior to backfill. <br />8. Give 48-hour notice for all inspection appointments. <br />9.
