EMERGENCY REPSONSE PLAN <br />UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK MONITORING PROGRAM <br />This monitoring program must be kept at the UST location at all times. The information on this monitoring <br />program are conditions of the operating permit. The permit holder must notify San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department, phone (209) 468-3420 of any changes to the monitoring procedures, unless <br />required to obtain approval before making the change. If an unauthorized release occurs, how will the hazardous substance be cleaned up? <br />Note: If a released hazardous substance reaches the environment, enters a storm drain, or <br />increases the fire/explosion hazard, then San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br />Department must be notified immediately. If a hazardous substance is not cleaned up from <br />the secondary containment within 8 hours, or deteriorates the secondary containment, then <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department must be notified within 24 hours. <br />Call (209) 468-3420.
