(C) <br /> alleges that there were"bugs" in the soup. (C) stated that they took pictures and believe that the bugs are ants." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7, <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Employee working today states that she is aware of the complaint. <br /> The cup of soup that the customer was eating out of was provided as well as the"bug"found in the soup. <br /> Upon inspection, the partial cup of soup does not have any"bugs" in it. The foreign object appears to be a piece of oregano or <br /> a different type of spice used in the broccoli cheddar soup. It does not appear to be a "bug." Photos of the soup cup and the <br /> "bug"were taken by inspector. <br /> Boxes of bagged frozen soup is ready to use. A partial bag of broccoli cheddar soup in the walk-in did not have any "bugs" in <br /> it(soup is not out for service to the customers at time of inspection). Per employee it is put out around 11 am. Photos of a <br /> partial bag of soup, a full bag of soup, and the soup box were taken. <br /> Upon inspection of the facility, no ants or insects of any type were observed in the food storage areas nor around the food <br /> preparation areas. <br /> No further action of the facility is required. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
