To begin with, my <br /> business name is B.& B. Equipment Company, not MR. B'S ENTERPRISES INC. I <br /> notified the City and County of same a long time ago so please correct your file to reflect <br /> same. Please note from the attached Declaration of Closure of Business In The City of <br /> Stockton that I ceased doing business under that name on 12-31-04. <br /> I am also attaching to this letter the supporting documentation which evidences that I <br /> have corrected all of the Class I Violations #4 and all of the following Class II violations: <br /> #10, #12, #16, #18, #20, #21, #88, and#91. The supporting documentation consists of <br /> receipts,reports and photographs that you requested. I have no objection if you would <br /> like to do a site inspection to verify the reported corrections. The only request that I <br /> would ask is that you please give my attorney, Douglas S. Srulowitz, whose phone <br /> number is 209-957-6100, 48 hours notice so that he can be present at the time of the <br /> inspection. <br /> Finally, this report is being hand-delivered in compliance with your request that the <br /> corrections be completed and advising you of same by June 30, 2008.
