CONTINUATION FORM <br /> OFFICIAL INSPECTION REPORT <br /> Facility Address: 3132 Farmington Road, Stockton CA 95205 Date: 9/18/07 <br /> Program: HW <br /> Summary of Violations: <br /> Class I Violations: <br /> 4) 25189.5 HSC-Per Richard Bywater, absorbent used to cleanup spills is disposed of in the <br /> "debris" box, (trash dumpster). Absorbent used to cleanup hazardous waste spills must be <br /> disposed of according to Title 22 Regulations. Begin this practice immediately. Provide this office <br /> with supporting documentation by 10/25/07. <br /> 11) 66262.12(a) CCR-The facility's California EPA ID Number, CAL000027142, is inactive. A <br /> generator of hazardous waste shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for <br /> transportation without having received an Identification number. Immediately obtain a valid EPA <br /> ID number and provide this office with written documentation within 30 days of receipt. This is a <br /> repeat violation. <br /> 12) 66265.31 CCR- The used oil storage area had spillage within the secondary containment and <br /> outside the containment. There were many areas in the repair shop and on the property that <br /> appeared oily liquid had been allowed to spill and drain freely onto the ground. Numerous <br /> containers were seen on the property, open, allowing the intrusion of rainwater which could cause <br /> the containers to overflow. Machinery located on the property was allowed to drain fluids directly <br /> onto the soil. Facilities must be maintained in a manner to minimize the possibility of release <br /> hazardous waste to the air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the <br /> environment. Immediately clean these areas, close the containers and take all necessary <br /> precautions to prevent any future releases. Provide documentation to support the cleanup efforts <br /> to this office by 10/25/07. This is a repeat violation. <br /> -spillage under tire cutter, on the ground, on the west side of the shop <br /> -spillage from the rear end of a car on the back of a truck, onto the ground at the southwest side <br /> of the property. <br /> -spillage from a cement mixer, onto the ground at the west side of the property. <br /> {.1�� -P-�2,`�►��P�..r?
