(113996, 113998, <br /> 114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility MAJOR <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed mouse droppings throughout the facility(not on food contact surfaces): inside the basin of an <br /> unused hand sink in the storage room next to the kitchen, on top of boxes in the storage room, on the floor of the storage <br /> room (under hand sink and by CO2 tanks), on sales floor shelving (under packaged peanuts), on the countertop under the <br /> soda fountain and microwave, inside all of the cabinets at the beverage island, on the windowsill of the rear storage room, <br /> and around and between boxes in the rear storage room. <br /> Immediately take action to remove mouse droppings throughout the facility. Clean and sanitize all areas. Pull back <br /> equipment and clean underneath. Discard any items that have gnaw marks. <br /> Per owner, Clark was here on 5-17-19(observed invoice).
