El Dorado, Stockton, CA Task none <br /> Project Manager- John Lane Field Personnel: Scoma <br /> Client Contact: Gary Gabbard Phone No: <br /> Regulatory Contact: Lori Duncan Phone No: 468-0337 <br /> Approval: �0 �'Complehon Date: v3�cs/o s A <br /> ' <br /> READ AND UNDERSTAND PRIOR TO LEAVING FOR SITE <br /> 1 Notify Lori Duncan 48 hours prior to arriving on site to approve sampling schedule <br /> 2 Bring all equipment to purge and sample seven site wells (1\4WI-MW7) I expect you will <br /> need bailers, pump, meters, interface probe, w/1 probe All wells are 2" diameter Wells <br /> MWI-MW4 are about 32 feet deep, wells MW5-MW7 are about 36-37 feet deep Water <br /> level at about 26-27 feet <br /> 3 Upon arrival to the site, remove skimmer in well MW3 and bail product if present Then <br /> monitor DTW using interface probe prior to measuring DTW in any other well <br /> 4 Remove well caps in all wells, then monitor depth to water in all site wells The order is <br /> MW5, MW4, MW2, MW1, MW6, MW7, MW3 MW3 has free product (and skimmer) <br /> Use interface probe on well MW3 and compare to initial reading in that well If readings are <br /> not equal, monitor every 15 minutes until the DTW stabilizes <br /> 5 Purge and sample wells in order Order is MW5, MW4, MW2, MWI, MW6, MW7, MW3 <br /> MW3 has free product MWs 1, 2, 4, 5 are mildly impacted with PCE MWs 6 and 7 are <br /> moderately impacted with PCE Sample all wells within 2 hours after finishing the purge <br /> 6 Collect a sample from well MW3 after removing floating product and purging 3 casing <br /> volumes (including product/water mixture) After removing floating product, be sure to <br /> purge remaining volume from the upper screened interval Collect sample only after you <br /> confirm that there is no floating product in the well bore <br /> 7 Send samples to Argon for TPHg/BTEX TPHd, EPA 8260 full scan plus oxygenates. Note <br /> on chain of custody that EDF is required <br /> 8 Contain water in properly labeled drums <br /> 9 Take drum count and consolidate all drums in convenient location <br />
