Advanced GeoEnviroiunental, Inc. <br /> (AGE) has prepared this work plan addendum for the installation of two additional ground water <br /> monitoring <br /> c, wells at 706 North El Dorado Street, Stockton, California. The site setting is illustrated <br /> in Figure 1. A plan of the site is 'Illustrated on Figure 2. <br /> This work plan addendum is prepared in accordance Nvith San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services - Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) and Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board (CN7RWQCB) guidelines for the investi2ation of under-round storage tank (UST) <br /> C <br /> sites. Background Information for the site was summarized in Prelimina)-1? lnvesligalioiz and <br /> Evaluation Report - 3furch 1999, prepared by AGE. <br /> SCOPE OF NVORK <br /> Based on the results of laboratory analysis of soil and around water samples collected during <br /> previous site assessment activities, additional assessment is required to determine the lateral extent <br /> of the hydrocarbon-impact to ground water northeast of the forrner UST location and the vertical <br /> extent near the former UST location and <br /> The first monitoring well (temporary designation "A") will be installed approximately 15 feet <br /> northeast of?11W-3 to a depth of approximately 66Q feel sg and completed with 5 feet of slotted <br /> casing. The proposed screened interval is based on a possible confining laver encountered at a depth <br /> of 50 feet in boring B-1. The second monitoring well (temporary designation "B") will be Installed <br /> approximately 30 feet northeast of MW-3 to a depth of 35 feet below surface grade and completed <br /> with 20 feet of slotted casing.
