Provide a copy of the Fire Department (District) Permit to the San Joaquin <br /> Local Health District Division of Environmental Health. <br /> 2. Provide a plot plan showing the name of property owner, facility address, <br /> parcel number, tank size, product stored, method of abandonment and tanks) <br /> distance to all wells within 1000 feet of the abandoned tank(s). <br /> Alternative #2 <br /> 1. Provide-a recoFTbf materials purchased to abandon tank(s) . <br /> 2.
