All personnel will be <br /> required to read and sign this document. A copy of the Health and <br /> Safety Plan is included in Appendix B of this document. <br /> 5.0 INVESTIGATION RESULTS <br /> A number of documents produced from the activities outlined <br /> in this Workplan will be incorporated into a Problem Assessment <br /> Report (PAR) to be presented to the San Joaquin County ( ' <br /> Environmental Health Department.
