THIS SITE IS A <br /> DIRT LOT WITH BUILDING WSICH WAS FORMERLY REAGAL STATION #604. <br /> IN ORDER TO ASSESS AND DOCUMENT THIS SITE WEGE WAS CONTRACTED TO <br /> INSTALL PROBES TO MONITOR THE WATER AND VAPOR EXTRACTION WELLS. <br /> EHY PERSONNSL AND RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> MR. JACK NAPPER, REGISTERED GEOLOGIST, WILL ACT AS PROJECT <br /> SUPERVISOR. MR. NAPPER HAS COMPLETED NUMEROUS PETROLEUM <br /> CONTAMINATION ANALYSES THROUGHOUT THE CENTRAL VALLEY AND NORTHERN <br /> CALIFORNIA. GEORGE CONVERSE, PROJECT MANAGER, WILL DIRECT FIELD <br /> CHARACTERIZATION AND SAMPLING ACTIVITIES. MR. CONVERSE WILL ACT <br /> AS SITE SAFETY OFFICER. MR. THE EXTREME <br /> FLAMMABILITY OF GASOLINE IS COMMONLY MOWN. THE LOWER EXPLOSION <br /> LIMIT (LEL) OF GASOLINE VAPOR IS 1.3 PERCENT IN AIR. IF THE <br /> CONCENTRATION OF GASOLINE VAPOR IN AIR EXCEEDS 1.3 PERCENT (13,000 <br /> PARTS PER MILLION) AND SUFFICIENT QUANTITIES OF OXYGEN ARE <br /> PRESENT, THEN THE INTRODUCTION OF SUFFICIENT HEAT, SPAM, OR FLAME <br /> WILL .
