-WEGE- <br /> • contaminate of gasoline-diesel range. The main concern for <br /> gasoline is its ignitability, the worse case sample obtained is <br /> far below that level, LEI-74. Of the constituents that are foimd <br /> in gasoline (Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene and Xylenes) only <br /> Benzene is a carcinogens and its highest level was found to be <br /> O.4ppm which is 4% of the exposure limit. The Aquatic Toxics test nr <br /> showed that this soil does not exhibit the criteria for its being f� <br /> classified as a hazardous waste due to toxicity and the TTLC/CAM <br /> metals. TPB and STEX chemical results rule out that this soil <br /> should be classified as hazardous material under Article 9 section <br /> 66660, and Article 11 sections 66696 and 66702. <br /> The soil designated as sP-1 is a nonhazardous waste that has been <br /> Z self Certified by Western Geo-Engineers for Wickland Properties. <br /> Y <br /> LIMITATIONS <br /> ti The conclusions presented in this report are based upon the <br /> following: <br /> A. The observations of field personnel. <br /> B. The results of laboratory analyses performed by a state <br /> certified laboratory. <br /> 5 <br /> C.
