BECAME ILL THE FOLLOWING DAY WITH SYMPTOMS <br /> OF VOMITING AND UPSET STOMACH. PLEASE CALL WITH FINDINGS." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Complainant states that it <br /> was lettuce, avocado and beans. Complainant also states she believes the lettuce is washed in bleach or a produce wash <br /> prior to service to customer. <br /> Upon inspection,the Regional Manager is on site. She states that she is unaware of the complaint. She checked with EI <br /> Pollo's complaint logs, and a complaint matching the nature of this does not exist. <br /> Per Regional Manager,the lettuce is received pre-cut and pre-washed in plastic bags.The lettuce is removed from bags <br /> (stored in the walk-in cooler)and rinsed with water from the faucet(by measuring cup or spray bottle). No chlorine or produce <br /> wash is used. The pinto beans and black beans are received in large cans.The cans are opened and then re-warmed.The <br /> avocados are received whole. Staff then peels avocados, cuts the avocados into slices and portions them out.The cut <br /> avocados are returned to refrigeration. <br /> At time of inspection, all hand sinks are properly supplied with soap and paper towels,the facility has hot water at the 3-comp <br /> sink and at all hand sinks,food storage(hot and cold holding)is proper temperature,the toilet facilities are clean and properly <br /> supplied, sanitizer is available at the 3-comp sink, employees are in good health and handling food properly. <br /> Unable to verify alleged complaint. <br /> FA0023225 C00044212 SCO04 09/11/2017 <br /> EHD 16-23 Rev.06/30/15 Page 1 of 2 Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br />
