This further definition
should be accomplished by installing and sampling groundwater
monitoring wells. Placement of these wells should be based on
gradient determinations. Submit to this office a "Groundwater
Investigation Work Plan Proposal" for review by January 25, 1993 .
Please be advised that it is the responsibility of this agency to
ensure and maintain compliance with all applicable underground
storage tank laws and regulations within our jurisdictions.
Maintaining compliance with this agency is also necessary to
remain eligible for reimbursement under the State Water Resources
Control Board' s "Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund Program" .
Should you need further information of clarification, contact
Harlin Knoll, Senior REHS, of my staff at (209) 468--3442 .
Jogi Kha a, M.D. , M.P.H.
Health fflicer
La rie A.
