3. Cuttings from each borehole to be described and logged by the <br /> R.G. as drilling proceeds. <br /> 4. Split-spoon samples will be taken every 5 feet from 20' bgl to <br /> the bottom of each boring using properly prepared brass tubes. Each <br /> sample will be briefly described, sealed , labeled, and placed on ice <br /> pending transport to FGL laboratory for analysis. <br /> 5. Soil samples will be transported to FGL Environmental under <br /> proper chain-of-custody, with instructions t❑ test for HTEX using <br /> EHD approved detection limits. <br /> 6. Drill cuttings will be placed in properly labeled and sealed <br /> steel drums and stored onsite pending results of the laboratory <br /> analyses. <br /> 7. All boreholes will be properly grounted with cement from total <br /> drilled depth to the surface in accordance with County regulations. <br /> . All drilling and sampling operations will be supervised by a <br /> Registered Geologist, and witnessed as necessary by a representative <br /> of the EHD_ <br /> The drilling permit previously issued for APN 044-05-21 is still <br /> valid, and will cover the work being done under this addendum. it <br /> is planned to commence this work during the week of July 20th if a <br /> drilling rig can be secured.
