(Aegis) is pleased to submit the <br /> Addendum to the "Proposed Workplan for Pre-Tank Site Assessment" <br /> by Aegis, 18 January 1991 for the Exxon Service Station RAS# 7-0137 <br /> at 1605 S. El Dorado Road in Stockton, California. <br /> Based upon findings summarized in the "Pre-Tank Replacement Site <br /> Assessment Results Report" (Aegis, 5 March 1991) , Aegis provides <br /> recommendations addressing the impacted native soil below the <br /> existing underground storage tanks (UST) and proposed new UST's. <br /> The suggested scope of work described in the subsequent sections <br /> Will act as an "Addendum" to the original "Proposed Workplan for <br /> Pre-Tank Site Assessment" (Aegis, 18 January 1991) . For further <br /> information on the Exxon Stockton Service Station please refer to <br /> the above referenced reports. <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION AND BACXGRoUND <br /> The Exxon Service Station located at 1605 South El Dorado in the <br /> City of Stockton, San Joaquin County, California is presently an <br /> active retail station dispensing regular-unleaded, super-unleaded <br /> and regular leaded gasolines. The site is scheduled to receive new <br /> UST's in mid-March 1991. Exxon has permitted the new 12,000 gallon <br /> tanks to be located south of the existing dispenser islands and <br /> partially over the-present-location-of-the-exist ing-UST's—(Figure- <br /> T 1) . Aegis;upon request by Exxond drilled two soil borings on 22 <br /> February 1990, at an angle of 30 from vertical, adjacent to the <br /> existing UST basin.
