O ON The subject site is located between South El Dorado Avenue and Center Street, south of East 2nd Street, in the City of Stockton, San Joaquin County, California (Figure 1) . The site is situated in a commercial/residential/light industrial area of southern �., Stockton. The site is bound on the north by East 2nd Street, on the east by South El Dorado Avenue, on the south by a car wash facility and on the west by Center Street.. The surface of the site is principally covered by asphaltic concrete. Figure 2 shows the location of the facilities at the site and the UST basin, as well i-; as the locations of the borings drilled by Aegis. Exxon proposes to remove and replace the existing tanks and associated product piping with three 12,000 gallon tanks, new ' dispensers and product piping. The soil ,. borings were drilled at an angle of 300 from vertical to a depth of 61k feet along the 300 angle utilizing a CME-75 truck mounted drill rig—Sorl--samples-were--collected--every-five--feet---af--auger-and------------- ----------. ---- € logged. by an Aegis engineer. Logs of the soil borings are included in Appendix A. A total of six soil samples from each soil boring were submitted to Coast-to-Coast Analytical Services of Napa, 6r:
