O ON <br /> The subject site is located between South El Dorado Avenue and <br /> Center Street, south of East 2nd Street, in the City of Stockton, <br /> San Joaquin County, California (Figure 1) . The site is situated in <br /> a commercial/residential/light industrial area of southern <br /> �., Stockton. The site is bound on the north by East 2nd Street, on <br /> the east by South El Dorado Avenue, on the south by a car wash <br /> facility and on the west by Center Street.. The surface of the site <br /> is principally covered by asphaltic concrete. Figure 2 shows the <br /> location of the facilities at the site and the UST basin, as well <br /> i-; as the locations of the borings drilled by Aegis. <br /> Exxon proposes to remove and replace the existing tanks and <br /> associated product piping with three 12,000 gallon tanks, new <br /> ' dispensers and product piping.
