The site is situated in a commercial/residential/light industrial area of southern Stockton. The site is bound on the north by East 2nd Street, on r the east by South El Dorado. Xrenue, on the south by. a car wash facility and on the west by Center Street. The surface of the site .. is principally covered by asphaltic concrete. Figure 2 shows the location of the facilities at the site and the UST basin, as`well . as the locations of theborings drilled by Aegis Exxon proposes to remove: and replace the existing tanks and ¢.� associated product piping with three 12,000 gallon tanks, new dispensers and product piping. The proposed new UST basin is s larger than the former basin and will largely. encompass the old . basin location.
