TODAY(4/28/2016)THE MOLDED PRODUCT IS STILL IN THE <br /> FREEZER. RESTROOMS ARE EXTREMELY DIRTY AND THE ODOR GOES ALL THE WAY OUT INTO THE PRODUCE <br /> SECTION. PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT WITH FINDINGS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I spoke to manager"Mandeep",who was not aware of complaint prior to my visit. <br /> Rotation is done of food items daily. <br /> When moldy product is observed product is removed and discarded. <br /> Restrooms are mopped before opening and before closing. <br /> A bathroom check is conducted once every hour and restrooms are swept, mopped, and supplies are checked and changed <br /> as needed. <br /> I observed restrooms and restrooms did not appear"extremely dirty"at this time. <br /> I observed the frozen section where frozen sausage is kept, I observed 'Brown and Serve"sausage patties through clear <br /> package wrapper and sausage did not appear"molded".
