Barton Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board 11020 Sun Center Drive #200 Rancho Cordova, California 95670 Subject: Soil-Vapor Survey Work Plan MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING FACILITY — CASA DE OASIS 1700 South EI Dorado Street, Stockton, California Dear Mr. Barton: At the request of Ms. Georgia Rooks of STAND, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared this Soil-Vapor Survey Work Plan for the property located at 1700 South EI Dorado Street, Stockton, California (subject property). The location of the site is illustrated in Figure 1. A plan of the site is illustrated in Figure 2. This work plan is prepared as required by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) for procurement of a Drilling Permit. A Well and Boring Permit Application, Master File Record (MFR) and associated fees are attached. Upon SJCEHD approval of the permit package, AGE will schedule fieldwork. AGE will provide SJCEHD with a minimum of 72-hours prior notice for a grout inspection. INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND The subject property is located on the east side of South EI Dorado Street, within the City of Stockton. The property is comprised of a single parcel, totaling 1.033 acres that is developed with an apartment complex. Historical data for the subject property indicates that several dry cleaners were located within 1/8 mile radius of the subject property along EI Dorado Street and several underground storage tanks (USTs) were located at the subject property. A preliminary soil-vapor survey of the subject property was performed by AGE. Concentrations of various volatile organic compounds (VOCs) were identified at the site.
