ELDORADO STREET
Dear 14r. Hunt:
The Waste Extraction Test (WETyj as described in Chapter 11 of
Title 22 California Code of Regulations, has been completed on the
samples obtained from the above specified project location.
Previously you received analytical data indicating that the
stockpiled sailscontain concentrations of lead and/or
compounds that would be identified (According to the Toto
Threshold Limit Concentration Values listed in Title 22 , Chapter
11, Section 66261 .24, Table II) as hazardous waste.
Attached you will find the analytical data for the WET Lead results
for the 4 soil samples which were previously analyzed for Total
Lead using EPA Method 7420 - Atomic Absorption. eased on the
Soluble Threshold Limit Concentration Values, (listed in Title 22 ,
Chapter 111 Section 66261.24 , Table II) the stockpiled sails should
not be identified as a hazardous waste.
Based on the analytical data compiled on this project, it is
apparent that no significant contamination is present in the
excavation pit or the stockpiled soils . On behalf of our client,
Carefilled Homes, Inc. , we are requesting permission to backfill
the excavation pit with the materials stockpiled on-site.
Time is of the essence, your immediate attention to this matter is
appreciated. If you have any questions or comments regarding this
project, please give me a call @ 916-372-7535.
Sincerely,
r
Damon J.
