Hazelton Ave.
Stockton, CA 95205
Dear Aaron,
Please take this notice as a statement to return to compliance, given the minor violation found on
March 66, 2017 at 6649 Embarcadero Dr. Stockton, CA 95219. The violation that needed
correction is CCR2632(d)(1)(C).
The violation that needs immediate attention is CCR 2632(d)(1)(C) which pertains to the plot
plan/site map of the monitoring equipment. The original plot plan/site failed to show the correct
orientation of the underground gas and diesel tank. Originally, the gas and diesel tank were
orientated to run north and south, where they should have been oriented to run east and west. I
have uploaded a new map into CERS as well as attached a map to this document which indicates
the correct orientation of the gas and diesel tank.
Village West Marina has worked alongside the San Joaquin Environmental Health Department to
correct this repeat violation to ensure the correct map is on site. Village West Marina will
implement better business practices to ensure that there are no repeat violations during future
inspections. Please contact Tim Fontaine, Harbormaster, if there are any questions or concerns.
Thank you,
Tim Fontaine
Harbormaster
6649 Embarcadero Drive,Stockton,CA 95219
209.951.1551 *fax:209.951.9352* info@villagewestmarina.com
