(AGE) is providing the following <br /> information for 1901 South El Dorado Street, Stockton, California (site) regarding the <br /> implementation of the AGE prepared Interim Remediation Feasibility Testing and Well Installation <br /> WorkPlan dated 10 May 2005 and the Interim Remediation Feasibility Testing and Well Installation <br /> Work Plan Addendum dated 15 June 2005 . The work plan and addendum were approved by the San <br /> Joaquin County Health Department (EHD) in letters dated 26 May and 22 June 2005 . <br /> The date set forth in the 26 May EHD letter of 15 July 2005 to complete the proposed soil vapor <br /> extraction well installations at the site will not be attainable due to scheduling constraints with AGE <br /> approved contractors, lack of adequate time to coordinate with the property owner to attain site <br /> access and lack of reasonable time to coordinate AGE personnel. In addition, the 22 June EHD letter <br /> sets a ground water extraction well installation date of 31 July 2005, AGE believes it is more cost <br /> effective and less of a hindrance to the flow of business at the property to schedule the installation <br /> of all approved wells at the same time. AGE has procured a contractor to perform the approved work <br /> at the site, though after the aforementioned completion date.
