ElDorado St, , Stockton , CA, has been reviewed by San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services , Environmental Health Division ( PHS/EHD ) . The plan is <br /> a proposal to remove soil which may have been contaminated due to unauthorized <br /> releases from the UST product lines , underground storage tanks , or dispensers which <br /> were located on the property . <br /> PHS/EHD has made a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance with <br /> California Health & Safety Code Chapter 6 . 7 , Section 25299 . 37 and California Code of <br /> Regulations Corrective Action Requirements , and that the resultant work will not create <br /> significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from <br /> cleanup of the contamination . <br /> The remediation plan is available for public review at PHS/EHD , 304 E . Weber <br /> Avenue, Stockton during normal working hours , 8 : 00 a . m . - 5 : 00 p. m .
