ElDorado St., Stockton, CA, has been reviewed by San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD). The plan is <br /> a proposal to remove soil which may have been contaminated due to unauthorized <br /> releases from the UST product lines, underground storage tanks, or dispensers which <br /> were located on the property. <br /> PHS/EHD has made a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance with <br /> California Health & Safety Code Chapter 6.7, Section 25299.37 and California Code of <br /> Regulations Corrective Action Requirements, and that the resultant work will not create <br /> significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from <br /> cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The remediation plan is available for public review at PHS/EHD, 304 E. Weber <br /> Avenue, Stockton during normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Final <br /> PHS/EHD approval for the plan is scheduled for April 20, 2000. <br /> Questions regarding the specific site concerns or procedures should be directed to <br /> Carol Oz, Senior REHS, at (209) 468-3440 or sent in writing to her at 304 E.
