Stockton, CA <br /> Annual Five-Year Review Update Response CUF Claim # 15567 <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received and reviewed the <br /> annual five-year review update letter dated 12 September 2011 from Kirk Larson of the State <br /> Water Resources Control Board (SWQCB) Cleanup Fund (CUF) for the above-referenced site. <br /> The CUF concurred with the EHD that soil vapor extraction should continue on the site and <br /> recommended that the EHD direct insitu air sparging (IAS) or other groundwater technology to <br /> be implemented to achieve groundwater objectives more quickly. <br /> The EHD will issue a directive letter requiring the responsible party (RP) to evaluate remediation <br /> technologies to address impacted groundwater.
