McBillin Real Estate Investment Property Page 2 of 2 <br /> 2154 South EI Dorado Street September 24, 2014 <br /> Stockton, California 95206 <br /> The EHD directs the submittal of a sensitive receptor survey report that includes surface water <br /> bodies , schools , hospitals, daycares, etc. , as well as domestic, municipal , industrial and other <br /> wells within a two-thousand-foot radius of this site. Contact the Department of Water <br /> Resources, municipal water suppliers , and nearby industries for well information and submit any <br /> known construction details of the wells . Perform a physical search of the area to identify all <br /> wells, and show the location of all wells on a map, relative to the location of this site. <br /> The EHD also directs the submittal of a work plan to install additional monitoring wells to <br /> delineate the petroleum-hydrocarbon-impacted groundwater not only to the northeast, east, and <br /> southeast, but also to the south and southwest, as well as to the west to define the impacted <br /> groundwater plume up-gradient of the source area .
