I I I Well Installation Work Plan MCBILLIN REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT 2154 South EI Dorado Street, Stockton , California 1 .0 . INTRODUCTION At the request of Mr. Minh Le , Advanced GeoEnvironmental , Inc. (AGE) has prepared this work plan for the property located at 2154 South EI Dorado Street, Stockton , California (site). The work plan details the installation of a shallow groundwater monitoring network to assess the hydrocarbon impact from leaking underground storage tanks (USTs) previously installed at the site . Thiswork plan has been prepared in accordance with guidelines established by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB ) for the subsurface investigation of UST sites , and is in response to a San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) directive letter, dated 12 September 2013 (Appendix A). A site location map is included as Figure 1 . Structures , historical soil borings, monitoring well location and proposed monitoring well locations are illustrated on Figure 2 . A table detailing the deep well construction details is included in Table 1 . Historical soil , groundwater elevation and groundwater analytical data are included in Tables 2 through 5 . 2.0. SCOPE OF WORK The scope of the work includes the drilling and installation of three shallow screened groundwater monitoring wells [between 25 and 45 feet below surface grade (bsg)] at the site to assess hydrocarbon impact to groundwater resulting from previously installed leaking UST's . The scope of work will include the following tasks: • Permitting and pre-field work activities; • Pilot drilling and soil sample collection ; • Monitoring well installation and development; • Laboratory analysis of soil samples; • Quarterly groundwater sampling and analysis; and • Preparation of a report of findings . 2 . 1 . PERMITTING AND PRE-FIELD WORK ACTIVITIES Applicable site assessment permits will be obtained from the SJCEHD . In addition , an update to the health and safety plan presently on-file will be prepared in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Guidance Manual for Hazardous Waste Site Activities Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc.
