El Dorado <br /> Street, Stockton, California, commonly referred to as(The"Property"). <br /> This Agreement is entered into in order for. Mr. Stephen Valentine, through its <br /> consultants,.Geological Technics Inc. (GTI);to destroy an abandoned domestic well located at 60 E.. <br /> Castle Street, Stockton, as addressed in a' GTI report, entitled .Workplan Domestic Well <br /> Abandonment, dated October 13, 2000 (approved by the San Joaquin County Department of Public <br /> Health Services/Environmental-Health Division in a letter dated November 13; 2000). Also, to <br /> undertake any other activity .considered necessary or advisable to mitigate any environmental <br /> problems identified during the Assessment as resulting from the operation of the Valentine facility <br /> (the."Related Activities"). <br /> Both the parties agree as follows: <br /> The Owners hereby grant Mr. Stephen Valentine, its contractors and subcontractors, <br /> permission to access the property located at 60 E. Castle Street, Stockton, CA (Designated Area). <br /> Assessment includes completing'the work as recommended in the work plan (Workplan - Domestic <br /> Well Abandonment) prepared by GTI dated October 13, 2000 as requested by San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services/Environmental Health Division on August'14, 2000(see letter attached). The <br /> Owners shall,be given two (2)days notice prior to.the Designated Area being accessed for purposes <br /> of performing the well destruction work. <br /> After'notice has been provided, persons authorized by Mr. Stephen Valentine or GTI <br /> ("Authorized Persons") may access Designated Area for purposes of performing'the_Assessment. At <br /> any time, without notice to The Owner, Authorized Persons may access the Designated Area for <br /> purposes of video taping, cutting concrete, drilling, grouting, and monitoring conditions (including, <br />
