EI Dorado Street, Stockton, San Joaquin County, California <br /> Geotracker Global ID#T0607700075 <br /> LUSTIS Case#2080 . <br /> Public Comment Period: September 16—November 16,2013 <br /> Case Summary: <br /> This subject Site is currently occupied by Castle Automotive. Three underground storage tanks were <br /> removed from the site in April 1987; soil samples collected at the time of the tank removal Fepekeel wee*- r����� <br /> by petroleum hydrocarbon contamination. A site investigation began in October 1993 with the installation of <br /> soil borings. Groundwater monitoring wells were first installed in September 1994. To date eleven <br /> groundwater monitoring wells (three of which are multi-chambered wells monitoring four discrete <br /> groundwater intervals each), multiple soil borings, three cone penetrometor test borings, two groundwater <br /> extraction wells and two vapor extraction wells have been installed on and off the site. Interim remediation <br /> of the site by dual phase extraction (DPE) began in June 2007. DPE remedial wells were converted to Soil <br /> Vapor Extraction/Air Sparge (SVE/AS) wells and the SVE system was shut down February 2012 and the <br /> AS system was shut down August 2012.
