El Dorado St., Stockton, CA <br /> Dear Mr. Wright: <br /> Geological Technics Inc. performed a dual phase extraction system start up under your <br /> supervision at the above site on June 4, 2007. You specified that we could begin operation of <br /> the system under our San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District "Authority to Construct" <br /> Permit No. N-7392-1-0. <br /> Attached are copies of the laboratory data (Excelchem Environmental Labs) for the influent and <br /> effluent air samples collected on June 4, 2007 from the thermal oxidizer (T.O.).
