September, 1993 - Workplan submitted by Wm J Hunter & Assoc . , <br /> (WJH, ) to place four (4) 30 foot deep soil borings Refer to the <br /> PAR, dated January 4, 1994, prepared by WJH, for a copy of that <br /> workplan <br /> October 27 & 28, 1993 - work was performed under the direction of <br /> Wm Hunter, RG, using Spectrum Exploration auger rig & personel <br /> Refer to the above referenced SAR for a detailed description of <br /> that work, The locations of those soil borings are shown on PLATE <br /> IV Laboratory analyzes from soil samples taken during the <br /> placement of the soil borings revealed that ALL samples were <br /> either below detection limits, or within acceptable levels, for <br /> chlorinated solvents, (EPA 8010 , ) ICAP metals, & TPH-D BTEX & <br /> TPH-G were below detection limits in all samples except soil <br /> boring #2 at 36 ' The results of those analyzes are shown on <br /> TABLES V, VI, & VII . Lsthologic plots of the soil borings are <br /> included as PLATES V thru VIII . <br /> January, 1994 - A report entitled "PROBLEM ASSESSMENT REPORT <br /> COVERING SOIL CONTAMINATION INVESTIGATION" , was prepared by WJH & <br /> • submitted to the San Joaquin County EHD covering the field work <br /> conducted in October, 1993, and discussing the results Refer to <br /> that document for complete details of that work. <br /> February 28, 1994 - Correspondence from San Joaquin Co. EHD <br /> recommended further assessment and/or re-excavation of the former <br /> waste oil tank site . <br /> August 17, 1994 - WJH prepared a workplan to place one (1) soil <br /> boring to a depth of 40 ' in the center of the site of the removed <br /> waste oil tank. <br /> September 30, 1994 - One (1) 211 diameter monitoring well was <br /> placed on the property, details of that work are covered in the <br /> report prepared by WJH titled "Interim Report and Results of <br /> Groundwater Investigat-on" , dated October 31, 1994 Laboratory <br /> results revealed the presence of BTEX & TPH-G in both soil & <br /> water samples below 36 ' Refer to TABLES VIII & IX for a summary <br /> of those results The lithologic plot of the well is included as <br /> PLATE IX <br /> February 27, 1995 - Correspondence from the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Division required two (2) additional <br /> monitoring wells be placed on the property Refer to EXHIBIT A <br /> for a copy of that correspondence . <br /> . March 17, 1995 - Monitoring well #1 was purged and sampled by <br /> 4 <br />
