C"'Iogka'Technics It" Page 6 <br /> Groundwater Monitoring Report <br /> Project No 723 2 <br /> June 20,2005 <br /> ' to <br /> As required under AB2$$6, groundwater elevation and laboratory data were submitted <br /> ' electronically to GeoTracker on June 17, 2005 - confirmation numbers 3730560123 & <br /> 5704508781, respectively <br /> ' 2.0 FINDINGS AND DISCUSSION <br /> ' Groundwater samples were obtained from the existing wells and from the top three screened <br /> intervals in each of the CMTrm wells (except as noted above) <br /> The results of the groundwater sample analyses indicate the following <br /> Wells MW-9, MW-109, MW-201 and MW-209 did not contain petroleum hydrocarbon <br /> ' contaminants above the laboratory reporting limits <br /> 1 TPH-GBTEX <br /> • The shallow wells contained TPH-G concentrations ranging <50—23,000 ug/l <br /> o The highest level of TPH-G was detected in well MW-5 that is located cross <br /> gradient of the former dispenser island <br /> o Well MW-9 is clean and defines the up gradient extent of the shallow plume <br /> o Down gradient well MW-8 contained 2400 ug/l TPH-G <br /> ' • The intermediate wells contained TPH-G concentrations ranging <50 - 100,000 <br /> ug/1 <br /> o The highest level of TPH-G was detected in well MW-3 that is Iocated in the <br /> ' vicinity of the former dispenser island <br /> o Well MW-109 is clean and defines the up gradient extent of the plume <br /> o Down gradient well MW-108 contained 2400 ug/l TPH-G <br /> ' • The deep wells contained TPH-G concentrations ranging<50--370 ug/1 <br /> o The highest level of TPH-G was detected in well MW-207 that is located <br /> cross gradient of the former dispenser island <br /> ' o Well MW-207 contained TPH-G for the third consecutive event This well <br /> previously defined the northerly extent of the plume <br /> o Well MW-209 is clean and defines the up gradient extent of the deep plume <br /> ' 2 MTBE <br /> • Shallow well MW-7 is located cross gradient of the former dispenser island It <br /> contained trace levels of MTBE (0 5 ug/l - utilizing EPA Method 8260B) for the <br /> ' first time in the investigation <br /> 3 Benzene <br /> • The shallow wells contained benzene concentrations ranging<0 5 - 250 ug/l <br /> ' o The highest level of benzene was detected in well MW-5 that is located cross <br /> gradient of the former dispenser island <br /> o Well MW-9 is clean and defines the up gradient extent of the plume <br /> t <br />
