Additional information regarding <br /> spill, ;Jeak and accident history, site and regional geology, <br /> ;utilities, as, well as site and regional hydrogeology is presented in <br /> 'section 2 . 0 of Aegis ' "Pre-Tank Replacement Site Assessment Work <br /> Plan" (Aegis,' December, 1989) . <br /> � it <br /> �2. 1'Site^ Location <br /> The Siteis aocated on the northeast corner of the intersection of El <br /> (Dorado and Adams Street in Stockton, San Joaquin County, California, <br /> i(Figure 1) . The Site lies within a residential area in northeastern <br /> =Stockton. The� San Joaquin County assessor' s parcel number for the Site <br /> Vis 125-21-30.� <br /> X2.2 slteiDescriDtion <br /> The siteis �currently occupied by an operational Shell service <br /> station. ' Thesiteconsists of four canopy covered pump islands and an <br /> officewithin a Shell Mini-Mart building (Figure 2) . The pump islands <br /> ;!rare located on the central section of the site. The office (Mini- <br /> 4iMart) building is located on the eastern border of the site. Three <br /> underground fuel storage tanks were removed from the northeastern <br /> corner of the' site. The land surfaces of the site are paved and flat <br /> 'lying <br /> 1• <br /> u <br /> 12 .3 Adacent ��and Uses <br /> {The site" is bordered to the north and east by private residences, to <br /> jthe west across El Dorado by private residences and to the south <br /> across' Adams !Street, by private residences.
