EI <br /> Dorado Street, Stockton hasbeen approved by.San. Joaquin CountyEnvironmental <br /> Health Department (EHD). The plan is a proposal toexcavate the soil which has been <br /> contaminated due to unauthorized releases from the UST which was located on the <br /> property. <br /> ',EHD has made a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance with California <br /> Health & Safety Code Chapter 6.7, Section 25299.37 and California Code of f <br /> 'Regulations Corrective Action.Requirements, and that the resultant work will not create f <br /> significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from <br /> cleanup of tale contamination. <br /> i. <br /> The remediation plan is available for public review at PHSIEHD, 304 E.
