SITE CODE: 001095 <br /> 3105 South El Dorado Street <br /> Stocldon, California 95206 <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the letter dated <br /> March 1 , 2007, regarding California Tank Lines - Work Plan Addendum, prepared by <br /> Environeering, Inc. (EI) on your behalf. The letter was sent in response to the EHD request for <br /> clarification concerning the proposed collection of groundwater samples from monitoring well <br /> MW-4 to be analyzed for electron acceptors for the purpose of evaluating natural attenuation at <br /> this site. <br /> In the letter, EI proposes to eliminate the collection of groundwater samples from MW-4 <br /> originally proposed in California Tank Lines - Work Plan Addendum dated December 15, 2006. <br /> EHD approves this decision to omit collecting groundwater samples from MW-4. <br /> Please proceed with fieldwork previously approved by EHD by letter dated January 24, 2007. <br /> Submit an encroachment permit from the City of Stockton, access agreement from the property <br /> owner of 3147 El Dorado Street, Stockton, California, and boring permit applications and <br /> permit/inspection fees of $374 per parcel to EHD by April 12, 2007.
