We have submitted and received <br /> your oral approval for a work plan which covers this work (our workplan dated August 28, 1996). Please <br /> note that we are now including, at your request, one additional soil boring located within the former UST <br /> excavation, as shown on the site plan on the reverse side of the application. We are also going to run a <br /> specific analysis for MTBE by EPA method 8260 should MTBE show up in any of the 8020 results for <br /> soil samples submitted for analysis, as requested in your telephone call to me on September 4, 1996. <br /> Also enclosed is a check for $89 .00, the permit fee for this site.
