The fieldwork completed on October 18 , 2010 , should be submitted to the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) by December 20, 2010 . <br /> May we please have an extension to January 10, 2011 ? <br /> Referring to the EHD letter dated July 21 , 2010 , the corrective action plan and the report <br /> of findings for installing specialized bailers and /or socks filled with Carphene or <br /> Peakwick were due to the EHD by November 1 , 2010. <br /> Guy Roy is preparing this report and will be submitting under separate cover. <br /> The EHD directed all reports uploaded to GeoTracker that were denied by the EHD , be <br /> revised and resubmitted to GeoTracker immediately. To date , only report from 2005 <br /> have been uploaded . <br /> I will speak with Tom Ballard and Guy Roy about these reports , <br /> If the eleven domestic wells listed in the letter dated July 21 , 2010 , still exist, then the <br /> Sensitive Receptor Survey needs to be revised and resubmitted immediately. <br /> • 3531 and 3060 Turnpike Road , 418 Downing Avenue, 3267 McKinley Avenue, <br /> 646 South California Street are not within a 2 , 000400t radius of the site; <br /> 3607 Harvey, this address was not found on Harvey during SRS field recon; <br /> • 2943 South Harris is serviced by California Water Service Company . The actual <br /> disposition of the well is unknown but the likelihood that it is used domestically is <br /> low ; <br /> • 3236 and 3377 Fairmont are within the radius but neither was included in the <br /> DWR logs requested and reviewed for this site. However, both are also serviced <br /> by California Water Service Company.
