<br />Re: Designated UST Owner/Operator training performed.
<br />Annual training was performed December 27, 2007 for all eligible employees at:
<br />Village West Marina 6649 Embarcadero Drive Stockton, CA 95219
<br />The following items were covered during this training session:
<br />1) As applicable, a general overview & description of all UST equipment was supplied. This included the definition
<br />and purpose for fill & vapor sumps, caps & adapters, submersible pump sumps, submersible pumps, product &
<br />return piping, transition sumps, dispenser spill containment boxes, impact valves, dispensers, hoses, safety
<br />breakaways, swivels, and nozzles.
<br />In accordance with Cal. Code Regs. Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16, Section 2715,
<br />Item f, line IA.
<br />2) As applicable, a general overview & description of the monitoring equipment panel (Veeder Root TLS -350) and
<br />sensors. A copy of the customers current Monitoring Plan is available on site.
<br />In accordance with Cal. Code Regs. Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16, Section 2715,
<br />Item f, line IAB.
<br />3) A discussion was performed regarding the facilities "Fuel Spill Response Plan". Instruction followed on location
<br />of spill containment products/equipment and determination of hazardous response. A copy of customers Fuel Spill
<br />Response Plan is available on site.
<br />In accordance with Cal. Code Regs. Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16, Section 2715,
<br />Item f, line IAC.
<br />4) A list of the contact person(s) for emergencies and monitoring equipment alarms was already available to all
<br />employees prior to this training session.
<br />In accordance with Cal. Code Regs. Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16, Section 2715,
<br />Item f, line IAD.
<br />5) A list of employees trained is maintained on site.
<br />In accordance with Cal. Code Regs. Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16, Section 2715,
<br />Item f, line 3.
<br />A copy of this letter will also be forwarded to Village West Marina for their on-site records.
