(AGE) has prepared this rk plan for the destruction of one ground water monitoring well (MW-3) at Pacific Pride - South EI Dor o, 3147 South EI Dorado Street, in Stockton, California. The location of the site is illustrated in Figure site structures and monitoring well locations are depicted on Figure 2. Also enclosed with this work pla is a well destruction permit and the associated well destruction permit fee. INTRODUCTIONBACKGROUND To date, a total of twelve ground water mo •toring wells (MW- 1 through MW- 12) have been installed i on- and off-site; ground water monitoring a is have been performed at the site on a quarterly basis since December 1999. In a letter dated 21 June 2006, the San Joaquin County Environme at Health Department (SJCEHD) directed that well MW-3 be located and exposed; the SJCEHD furl r directed that if the well was damaged, that the well must be immediately destroyed.
