(AGE) has prepared this addendum to the Feasibility Studies and Monitoring Well <br /> Installation Work Plan , dated 09 April 2002 . <br /> In the referenced work plan, AGE proposed installation of two on-site multi-level monitoring wells (MW-8 <br /> and MW-9) and two off-site multi-level monitoring wells (MW- 10 and MW- 11 ). Based on a telephone <br /> conference on 29 May 2003 and a letter dated 12 June 2003 from the SJCEHD, one additional multi-level <br /> monitoring well (MW- 12) will be installed at the site. <br /> Multi-level monitoring well MW-12 will be located approximately 5 to 20 feet northwest of soil boring P-8 <br /> with multi-level screen intervals at depths between 30 and 40 feet bsg (A), 70 and 75 feet bsg (B), 95 and <br /> 100 feet bsg (0) and between 120 and 125 feet bsg (D) . Procedures for well installation are presented in <br /> Section 4.2 of the above referenced work plan.
