1 <br /> Quarterly Report - Third Quarter 2004 <br /> • PACIFIC PRIDE - SOUTH EL DORADO STREET <br /> ' 3147 South El Dorado Street, Stockton, California <br /> ' 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE) has prepared this quarterly report for 3147 South El <br /> Dorado Street (the site), Stockton, California The site setting is illustrated on Figure 1 Site <br /> structures and monitoring well locations are depicted on Figure 2 <br /> ' The objective of the work was to monitor dissolved petroleum hydrocarbon concentrations in ground <br /> water and to characterize ground water flow direction and gradient on-site This report has been <br /> prepared in accordance with guidelines issued by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> ' Board (CVRWQCB) for the investigation of underground storage tank(UST) sites A summary of <br /> this site's UST investigation was previously included in Appendix A of Quarterly Report - First <br /> ' Quarter 2004, dated 24 September 2004 <br /> Previous soil characteristics data obtained by a CPT investigation enabled AGE to define four <br /> hydrogeologic units (CPT Site Investigation - Third Quarter 2001, dated 25 October 200 1) The <br /> hydrogeologic units were defined as First Water Zone(35-55 feet bsg),Second Water Zone(60-80 <br /> feet bsg), Third Water Zone(90-100 feet bsg),and Fourth Water Zone(I 10 to at least 125 feet bsg) <br /> ' • The following is a brief summary of third quarter 2004 ground water monitoring activities performed <br />� at the site ._It <br /> !,VW� <br /> ' a 30 September 2004 - Depth to water and total depth measurements were collected at wells <br /> MW-1 through MW-12, and <br /> ' • 01 October 2004 - Ground water monitoring and sampling was performed at wells MW-1 <br /> through MW-12 <br /> ' 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> On 30 September and 01 October 2004, ground water monitoring was performed at the site for <br /> monitoring wells MW-1 through MW-12, as-built monitoring well construction details are <br /> summarized in Table 1 Ground water monitoring procedures for the site were outlined in the AGE- <br /> prepared Monitoring Well Installation Work Plan-September 1999, dated 01 September 1999,and <br /> approved by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) by letter dated 23 <br /> September 1999 <br /> ' Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br />
