Page'3
Bank of Stockton-Western Lift
Project No: 358.3
July 16,1996
Since the last payment request was submitted, there have been several groundwater
monitoring events and other expenditures. The Bank of Stockton is in the.process of
preparing a claim for reimbursement for those expenditures.
The current plan is to submit the forthcoming report on the soil borings related to the
newly discovered gasoline UST to the LOP, RWQCB, and the UST Fund, and to request
that the fund cover expenses related to the characterization of the tank under the
existing claim. We understand that the LOP is viewing;the newly discovered leaking
tank as a part of the same project as the other 3 previously known tanks.
i
Respectfully Submitted,
f
Stephen M.
