• • i <br /> 7 <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> 3430 S. E1 Dorado, in the City of Stockton (APN175-250-04-2) has <br /> been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division(PHS/EHD) . The plan is a proposal for <br /> mitigation of hazardous substances which contaminated the site due <br /> to unauthorized releases associated with underground storage tanks <br /> (UST) which were located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> Stockton Central Library, 605 N. E1 Dorado St. , Stockton, and <br /> PHS/EHD, 445 N. San Joaquin Street, Stockton, California, during <br /> normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. If a written request <br /> by any member of the public for a public hearing is not received by <br /> PHS/EHD by September 15, 1991, the tentative decision shall become <br /> final on that date and time. <br /> All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to <br /> PHS/EHD at P.O. Box 2009, Stockton, 95201.
