A public notice fact sheet must be submitted to the SJCEHD, .the CVRWQCB, and <br /> uploaded to GeoTracker within 60 days of this WP approval. <br /> 3. A 60-day public comment period prior to site closure is required before moving forward with <br /> any well destruction activities.
